Phase 1: Assignment phase
We start by making an organisation and position profile. Thoroughly understanding an organisation and gaining insight into the working environment or into the market is for us the basis for aligning the selection process as sharply as possible.
Phase 2: Pre-selection phase
Our client receives assignment confirmation from us, including notification of the relevant consultant, the planning and the times of assessment. How the process works is therefore clear for all parties. Immediately after receiving agreement to the profile and assignment confirmation, we start the recruiting. The process consists of:
-
First pre-selection of potential candidates
Carrying out a network and database search and talking to candidates who respond to a possible advertisement Selectie geschikte kandidaten -
Selection of suitable candidates
Colourful People invites potential candidates for an in-depth selection interview. We check references and request that candidates produce relevant diplomas, certificates and papers. We then propose suitable candidates to the client along with a personality profile and the candidate’s CV. -
Discussion of suitable candidates with the client
Our consultant explains why proposed candidates have been chosen. The client decides which candidates will be invited for an interview.
Phase 3: Selection phase
We invite the candidates selected by the client for one or more interviews at the company. We also advise in an assessment procedure, if required. The relevant consultant is usually present during the interviews as a process supervisor.
Phase 4: Conclusion phase
The recruitment and selection procedure is concluded with an evaluation. The consultant and the client discuss the recruitment process. We get in touch with the client and the placed candidate one month after the candidate has started work to discuss their experiences. We do this again after about six months.
